How do I enroll or register?

To enroll in the Juniors Program, League or a Clinic download the registration form on the Juniors, League or Clinic webpage, together with the  waiver form, complete them, and mail them with your payment to the Northeast Volleyball Training Academy.  Once we receive your registration and payment we will send an email to you confirming your enrollment.  You may also register online for the Juniors Program and League.  We do not accept walk-ons without prior notice.

Any athlete who has special needs or whose physical or mental condition may require accommodation must disclose to NVTA such needs or conditions at the time of registration in order for NVTA to make a reasonable attempt to accommodate the athlete, and/or ensure that the athlete is properly placed among other participants given all participants' ages, skill levels, abilities and experience.

What are your payment policies?

We accept only cash, checks and money orders for payment of training fees.  Please make payments payable to "Northeast Volleyball Training Academy."  Unless other arrangements have expressly been made with us, payment in full must be received by the time services are rendered.  Payment plans for the Elite Custom Training Package are available.  Please contact us to discuss a payment plan.  Returned checks are subject to a fee of $32.00 plus the original amount of the check.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests must be received in writing no later than five (3) prior to the first day of training or league play.  Except in the event of a cancellation for inclement weather, no other refunds will be given.


Are there scholarships available?

Yes, we have a limited number of scholarships available to cover the cost of various training activities.  Scholarships will be granted, upon application, to qualified athletes with demonstrated leadership, good character, and a genuine passion for improving his or her volleyball skills.  Scholarship applications may be received by emailing your request to info@northeastvolleyball.com with "Scholarship" in the subject line.   


What should I bring?

Sunblock and lip balm, water, a light snack (sandwich or fruit), shorts and a t-shirt for training, warm clothing for cool weather, a towel, sunglasses.


What happens if it is raining or the weather is bad?

Our training activities are subject to weather permitting conditions.  In the event that a Private Lesson is canceled due to inclement weather we will use reasonable efforts immediately to notify each registrant by phone and email of the cancellation.  In the event league play or a session of the Juniors Programs is canceled due to inclement weather, a message to that effect will be posted to the homepage of this website by 4:30pm on the day of the event, and where possible, earlier than 4:30pm. 

In the event that a Private Lesson is canceled due to inclement weather, each registrant may choose to receive a refund or a credit to be applied to the cost of a future training activity.  In the event that a weekly session of the Juniors Program or an individual session of an Elite Custom Training Package is canceled due to inclement weather, we will either: (a) extend the time of future sessions to make up the rained-out date or schedule a make-up date for such session in our discretion.
